You know the gimmick: buy one get one or buy two get two, so I grabbed them.
My sugar hit 400 because I was drinking regular 7 Up, not the sugar-free one; sugar-free two was regular. Be careful what you buy.

I am a diabetic. I drink a lot of Pepsi and 0 sugar Dr.
Pepper. My kidneys are making my *** foam, so I thought I would go with a clear drink, 0 sugar or a diet drink, so I got 7 Up, buy one, get one. I picked up two that looked just alike; one was 0 sugar and the other was regular sugar. I couldn't figure out why my sugar was hitting 400; it freaked me out.
It's never been over 200 until I looked at what I was drinking. Panic set in. I just want you to know I will not be buying any more of your products, never knowing what I might be getting due to the look of the product, thinking I am getting two or more of the same. I also am tired of all the buy 2 get one free and other gimmicks.
One store charges one price and the other down the street has another price on the same drinks. It is extremely tiring and not worth the hassle and expense. I will find another drink and save money and hassle-free on knowing what I buy when they look so much alike.
This could have killed me. I will also let others know to beware of the look-alike packages.

I have been a long time 7 up drinker ....
- - The lime-forward flavor tastes chemical and not as expected.

- - I want the original lemon-lime option to remain.
I have been a long-time 7 Up drinker. The new lime-forward flavor is not what I expected.
It tastes like chemicals, and that is the reason why I switched in the first place. 7 Up had more natural flavors; it tasted good. I am all for new flavors, but don't take the original flavor.
Give people an option to still have the lemon-lime if they choose. Thank you.

Recipe change?

I just tasted the new recipe and it tastes just like every other lemon lime soda on the shelf...HORRIBLE! why not roll out the new flavor next to the old and see what the response is?
I have been drinking 7up for years because it crisp and clean, now it tastes just like starry and sprite, sweet and syrupy. You lost me.

Changing the original flavor
The new flavor is just disgusting, and now I can't find it on the shelves, so I won't be purchasing any of your products again. Bring back the lemon lime.

Just waiting to hear back from 7up I emailed the customer service for Keurig Dr Pepper since they own the company and they failed to email me back I suppose I have wasted my time
7UP said the new mandarin orange would be out in April. That’s a lie.
Kroger manager said they can’t order them, and the customer service never answered me back. I’m ashamed to be a customer for 7UP. They should be ashamed to treat customers like they’re not important.
Your company is nothing without customers. We should boycott y’all.

7UP bottle problem
I bought a 6-pack of 7up plastic bottles. The capping machine put the cap on so tight that I couldn't unscrew it.
I called 7UP and they are going to email me a coupon and the person I talked to said " Thank you for calling to let us know, I will let Corporate know."
Preferred solution: I was just letting you know about capping problems with the machine. I did look at the other bottles in my fridge and found 2 more with caps to tight.

Stop lying just to get a refund.
Their zero-sugar has a 3/4” black band all the way around the container, with zero sugar prominently displayed in white lettering. Aside from that, you should be checking the nutritional label BEFORE you consume anything as you are diabetic.
As for the pricing and sale, every retailer is charged per unit. The RETAILER decides to lower their profit with a sale or even as a lost-leader.
The retailer doesn’t change their price because the beverage company charges them less at certain times. You need a lesson in personal responsibility.
