Complain of packaging
I live in Alexandria Egypt . For the past few monthes , it was always an ordeal to buy the 1lt.
Bottle and when i find it , it's always practically impossible to open it without destroying the bottle cap .
The dotted line which make it easy to open the bottle is abscent !!
I have taken pictures of how it is , i don't know if i'll be able to send through this mail.
I have switched to other similer products unfortunatly ( so as not to injure my hand every time i try to open your bottle) . But , just for the sake of being positive , i decided to do something about it .
I hope that as the mother company , you'd recheck on the quality of manifacturing in Egypt .

Terrible product now.
My spouse and I are avid sundrop and 7up drinkers and have been going on 25 years. We have both noticed a drastic change in both sodas.
1) the flavor is completely different 2) lack of carbonation (pay attention this is your selling point) 3) goes flat faster than mtn dew which used to be an inferior product until 2024 4) your prices are absurd, you blatantly changed the recipe of both sodas, if I'm paying 7, 8, or 9 dollars on a 12 pack I want the product we've been consuming since the late 90s not whatever this new crap is. CARBINATION IS YOUR SELLING POINT, ITS WHAT MAKES 7UP AND SUN DROP STAND OUT FROM THE REST. Our family has been very loyal to your company. I want explanations.
If I could control what was going on I'd halt production and find out the cause of this change. You will lose millions of dollars.
If I wanted sprite, or starry I'd buy that, 2024 7up is worse than sprite and sprite and starry are both terrible. Do better.
